Every season starting in early February we seed all of our plants in our 10' x 40' greenhouse on our home property that uses passive solar design.  In March - we start the process of transplanting into our two larger greenhouses located at Ireland Street Orchards in West Chesterfield, MA. 

These Greenhouses are 30' x 100' and 30' x 60' respectively.

All of our plants are grown in an organic compost based media that we purchase from a local farm (McEnroe Organic Farm in Millerton NY). 

We grow using Organic practices including uses of beneficial insects to help control pests as well as organic fertilizers such as hydrolyzed fish and organic compost.

We tend our plants with care and attention, love & music.
