Skinny peppers that are typically between 3-4” long with thin walls that have a delightful slightly nutty flavor (and no heat). Traditionally used when green for tempura, we also love them for sauteing, stir frying, salads and slaws. The thinner walls give them a different texture raw than bell peppers and are a great producer over a long harvest window.
