Shallots!  We have begun carrying them due to popular demand!  They should be planted as early as possible - to have larger bulbs.  They can be mulched when they are around 1' tall.  They like generous amount of organic matter and do not enjoy weed pressures.  These will provide an absolutely scrumptious addition to recipes all year long.
