A wonderful all-around storage onion!  Grows large and firm, can typically keep well into spring. Onions are shallowly rooted and need regular water to size up, meaning irrigating through dry spells. Harvest when onions have begun to develop skins and tops are falling over. Sun cure for a week before removing the tops. Onions keep best at just above freezing, and high humidity.
