A deliciously sweet Italian frying pepper, with long 8” to 10” fruits, that are mild, sweet, with just a pleasant tang. Tapered fruits on bushy plants turn bright red at maturity.  Flavor is distinctive without being overwhelming. Our absolute favorite sweet pepper full stop. Great for cooking and eating fresh or in salads! Usually one of the first peppers to ripen and prolific to boot.
