Super hot scotch bonnet type of pepper getting 200,000 to 325,000 Scoville units, 30 to 80 times hotter than Jalapeno. If that’s something you are into, they are great to cook with and make great and tasty hot sauces. This particular variety (Helios) is a hybrid well adapted to shorter and cooler growing seasons that did great in our garden last year, each plant producing 12-24 fruits too hot for anyone in our family to even touch much less eat.
