A fun variation on the more traditional broccoli.  This variety boasts milder and sweeter flavor, with the stems tending to crisp up when cooked well.  These are fabulous to add to salads, grain bowls, and sautees.  Broccolini aka 'baby broccoli' is actually a hyrbid cross between broccoli and gai lan ("chinese broccoli").  A scrumptious addition to your garden!
