A medicinal and pollinator plant Native to North America. It has pretty blue flower spikes that bloom throughout the summer that support many native bee populations as well as some butterflies. It is used medicinally to treat depression, fevers, coughs, cramps and headaches, as well as being used externally for acne, ulcers and cuts. It can interfere with blood pressure medication and hormone therapy.
